PLF - Plasteel Light Frame - WH40k
thingiverse
Although most Imperium structures are bulky and over-engineered, initial constructions often require swift setup on new planets or under combat conditions. The Plasteel Light Frame system empowers local tech experts to build structures and defensive positions rapidly. Columns and Top Braces can support walls 2mm thick, made from plastic or cardboard, highlighted in blue. Floors, also marked in blue, are designed to be 1mm thick, using the same materials as the walls. The wall height must reach 67mm (65mm when using the bottom brace), while I chose an 88mm length for both walls and floors. The 2-column halves enable construction of a 2, 3, or 4-wall jointer. All components are designed to separate easily for storage or assembly, but can be glued together for quicker setup of existing structures. Two Top Braces allow for stacking or creating a seamless roof.
