The Pibow is an acrylic case for the Blade RF, featuring 1/8" (3mm) thick layers. Each layer uses snug-fitting #6-32 nylon screws and nuts. A few adjustments have been made to the bottom layers for better PCB compatibility compared to previous versions; however, minor tweaks may still be necessary using a small file. The Blade RF is a Software Defined Radio available at http://www.nuand.com/. To assemble, use a laser cutter to create the 1/8" (3mm) acrylic layers and prepare #6-32 nylon screws with nuts for assembly.
