DON'T JUST PRINT YET. LOOK AT MY INSTRUCTIONS BELOW!!! TLDR ===== Maximum grip. Larger than most. Stay safe. Use PETG if you can. 0.8mm PETG fail for me when playing faster rythm tracks or bass. Would have to be printed with nylon I guess. Still have to try nylon with our printer. DESCRIPTION ============ Tired of "throwing" away your plectrum or feeling how your fingers get closer and closer to the strings during play because of a slippery plectrum or too sweaty or big hands or whatever reason possible (narcotized player, too much air-vibrations, ...)? Then this is for you! Maximum grip! ======= Don't worry about the spikes hurting your fingers that's really only a temporary (though slightly unpleasant) emotion that fades after some time. And think of it: If you take practicing serious than the finger tips of your string hand (i almost wrote left hand) also hurt. So... I made different thicknesses for hopefully every purpose or playing style. If you're not sure which thickness to choose than go with 1mm or print all of them and try them out. Contact me ======== If you need another thickness contact me (comment section) or edit the extrusion features and the last move feature of the attached f3d file yourself. Also please post a make or let me know if you like the design or how I could improve it in your opinion. You can also write me if you have troubles printing this. Since this is my first thing I think I won't post another before I get any feedback on this! Note on safety =========== This thing is meant for playing a guitar (string based music instrument). I can't be made responsible for hurting yourself or any person near you when using or misusing this design. If you grasp the plectrum too hard or poke it into you eye it will hurt and can cause injury. This also holds true if you can not even read this text or did not bother to read it. After all you really made this yourself on your printer anyways. I do recommend that you let your fingers get accustomed to this new style of plectrum by changing to it slowly. Do not use this at a gig or a long practicing session as your only plectrum for the first time! You've been warned.
