The Pleasure Palace of the Prancing Pegacorn is a festhall that caters exclusively to women in the tharch of Luneira, formerly known as the netherese enclave of Doubloon, floating majestically amongst the Tears of Selune. This secluded retreat remains largely unknown to most on Toril, yet its tharchioness and Zulkir, Mythrell'aa, continue to thrive, having spent a century in Abeir after faking her own demise. Utilizing her immense power, Zulkir Mythrell'aa has transformed Luneira into an enchanting realm, replete with flying pegasi, skyships, and illusions that deceive even the most discerning eye. To those familiar with Mythrell'aa's reputation, she is a cunning, enigmatic Mulan woman who conceals her true nature beneath a facade of whimsy. One such "whimsy" was her capture of Javalue Roaringhorn, the sole known werepegacorn in existence (a variant werepegasi boasting a unicorn horn), which she had learned about in Anchorome while visiting a village protected by Fort Flame. Captivated by his existence, Zulkir Mythrell'aa seized him and performed the same ritual used to create black unicorns, thus transforming Javalue's heart into that of a "bad boy." As a result, she purchased the festhall and bestowed it upon Javalue, entrusting him with its management as an entertainment outlet for her floating enclave. Consequently, male dancers throughout Luneira have come to be known as "Prancing Pegacorns," while the enclave's wealthy women eagerly anticipate turning Javalue into their personal stud. Whether any byblow children of Javalue have been born yet remains unknown, and whether they will inherit his extraordinary traits is a mystery that has yet to be resolved. The perversion of Javalue has not gone unnoticed, however, and his family on Toril is actively seeking to uncover the truth behind his disappearance. Though their search has thus far yielded nothing, it may only be a matter of time before some brave band of adventurers brings news of Javalue's whereabouts to their ears. The Pleasure Palace of the Prancing Pegacorn is little more than a converted structure that was once a modest inn. Its signage, inscribed in Old Espruar, proudly proclaims its name, although most are acquainted with it through its winged unicorn emblem and the lively music emanating from it after hours. The first floor has been transformed into a club, boasting magically enhanced "prismatic lighting" and "magical musicboxes" that create enchanting sounds unattainable by traditional instruments. This club is notorious for distributing alchemical creations that can be both addictive and mind-influencing, and the atmosphere is replete with liquor of all varieties. Male (and occasionally female) dancers, known as the "Prancing Pegacorns," can be seen performing on elevated stages, while inebriated women adorned with al-mi'raj horn headbands shower them with money. A highlight of the evening is Javalue Roaringhorn's performance, which often culminates in his transformation into a black-furred pegasi with a unicorn horn, prompting the club's bouncers to intervene as the women attempt to charge the stage and ride him.
