Bullring building photogrammetry includes two different versions. Polygons: 599K / 99K Firstly I want to emphasize that I strongly oppose this brutal spectacle called bullfighting (Tauromaquia) and it's currently in decline. A bullring is an arena where bullfighting takes place. The classic bullring is a closed, roughly circular amphitheater with tiered rows of stands surrounding an open central space. Many ancient Roman amphitheaters had characteristics that can be seen in the bullrings of today. Ibi's bullring featured a unique design, utilizing part of some house facade to close off part of the circular ring area and use them as stands and galleries. Unfortunately, only a few sectors of the structure remain intact. Construction on the building took place at the end of the 19th century and was shut down in 1919 after a confrontation between the Civil Guard and a group of spectators who rushed into the ring. Sadly, two men lost their lives in this tragic event.
