Hi, I made spare part for my kids Playtive Loco - Red with three axles. This is gear that is driving loco axle.  Printed with PLA. I had to add cylinder in slicer to make shaft hole bigger. Printed model had 1,75 mm instead of 2mm. I added reducing cylinder 2,3 mm X, 2,3 mm Y.  I used this gear generator https://evolventdesign.com/pages/spur-gear-generatorand added both gears in Fusion 360.
