Playstation | Wall Clock

myminifactory

We needed a fresh new clock for our studio, so we at Avooq decided to breathe new life into an old office Playstation 1 console - one that was no longer working, of course. The revamped console now gives us the current time and brings back all those nostalgic memories from our childhood days playing classic PSX games. You can now make your very own Wall Clock using the PS1 dial numbers that replace 12, 3, 6, and 9 on the clock face - check out the images above. To assemble this unique clock, you'll need a few simple components: 1. Clock Hands - available on Ebay for around $2 AU. 2. A blank DVD disc. 3. An old PS1 console (broken or working). 4. All the printed parts found here. We've designed a printable cradle for the clock hands that makes it easy to remove the clock mechanism for battery replacement and time changes - watch our YouTube video for more details.
