Update**2/3/18 I made some changes to version #2, loosening up the fit around the HDMI plugs as the original was a very snug one. I thought people might not want it that tight. I encountered an issue when using my PSVR - there were problems with the HDMI connection between the PSVR plugs and the extension cable. When this happened, I could resolve the problem by wiggling the connection loose. After some investigation, I determined that the HDMI plugs were probably shifting in the extension port, causing the connection issues. So, I decided to design a support for it. This support helps keep the plugs from moving around and losing their connection. I also added a clip for those who need it - I haven't played a game yet that requires this feature.
