Human: Customized PS4 controller with Rack and Pinion Steering. 100 Degrees of Rotation for Racing Games. UPDATE: New Wide Wheel Option Added - Improved Frame for Stability, Larger PS Button Lever. What You Need: * 22mm Diameter Bearing (Skateboard Bearings Work Well) * 7mm Thick Metal Rod (Paper Clip or Small Nail) * Superglue Assembly Instructions: 1. Glue the bearing into the frame using superglue. 2. Wait for glue to dry completely, as excess superglue can leave a white haze on the controller. 3. Snap in the PS button lever and attach the rack to the frame. 4. Create a 90-degree bend at one end of the metal rod and trim it to 13mm long. 5. Insert the rod through the pivot and press fit into place, ensuring some play in the rack side and tightness in the pivot. 6. Alternatively, snip off 22mm from the bent end and drop it through the rack and pivot, then bend the exposed part back over the pivot. Installation: 1. Attach the frame to the controller by hooking the rear first, followed by the thin tab on the front fitting into the gap under the touchpad. 2. Align the axis straight up and down, ensuring the stick returns to its neutral position when pushed to either extreme. 3. Center the wheel on the rack and press it into the bearing. Tips: * For easier installation, slide the pivot onto the stick first, then attach the frame. * Crank up in-game sensitivity for a more immersive gaming experience.
