I've crafted a set of customized PlaySkool Form Fitter toy blocks. Unlike others, I used 2D scanned images of the blocks to avoid rounding off their flat sides. Since I already possessed the original blocks, I only needed to print them to verify their precise size. This approach saved me a tremendous amount of time compared to creating from scratch. As a result, you'll need to sand or file down the edges to round them out. The partials are layered on top of the originals.
