Replacement wheel angle clamp pad for Playseat Challenge. Quick modelled and checked using profile prints. Some allowance made for typical FDM over extrude (about 0.2mm) so should work pretty much off printer if it's well set up. Design is slightly different to original to better support 3D printing without support on an FDM printer. No testing has been done on this as it's been modelled following a request on FB, so select appropriate materials and use at your own risk. Welcome feedback if anyone uses - it can be adjusted and re-uploaded if there is any feedback. Printing: 100% infill - it's going to get squashed by the clamp bolt. Suggest print end on with the 34mm dim being the 'Z' direction for best performance. Dims - about 34 x 26 x 10mm. 211018 - Added a version with a 5mm hole to allow users to drill it out to best fit their clamp screw.
