I based this Viking Hat design on the classic "Playmo Hats" model created by tart2000, but I completely recreated the mesh from scratch and took it a step further with a multipart design. The distinctive horns that make up the hat's iconic look are a separate file and can be easily swapped out for different designs if you want to give your Viking warrior a unique look. To ensure they stay securely in place, the horns are inserted into the hat from the inside and held fast by friction. Keep in mind that you may need to adjust the sizes of the parts to match your specific printer settings - I found that printing the hat at 110% scale and the horns at 100% worked best for me.
