This is a recreation of a Viking hat design, based on the original Playmo Hats model by tart2000. The entire mesh was redesigned from scratch to create a multipart design: the horns are a separate file that can be easily replaced with other designs if needed. To assemble the hat, the horns are inserted into the main hat piece from the inside and held in place by friction. It's possible that you may need to adjust the sizes of the print to match your specific printer settings - I printed the hat at 110% of its original size and the horns at 100%. Print Settings: Printer: M3D Micro Rafts: Not necessary Supports: No Resolution: Highest quality Infill: None Post-Printing Instructions: To assemble the hat, split the horns from the central circle and insert them into the main hat piece. Design Process: I took tart2000's original Viking hat design as a starting point and created a new mesh in Cinema4d to build around it.
