Playmobil Rescue Helicopter Tail Rotor

My niece and nephew's Playmobil rescue helicopter had a broken tail rotor that needed immediate repair. To fix it, I simply replaced the damaged part with a brand-new one that was designed to be a direct snap-on replacement. This new part required some minor adjustments after printing. It had to be reamed out using a drill bit of the right size so it could spin freely without any obstruction. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: Not used Supports: None needed Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: I decided to use white ABS for this project, but I think orange or red would have been a better choice in hindsight. Post-Printing To get the new part spinning smoothly, I had to clean out the center hole using a drill bit. This made all the difference in getting it to rotate freely. How I Designed This I used Onshape to design this replacement part from scratch. To make it easy for others to remix and use my design, I included both .STL and solidworks files here.
