Playmobil like DIY wood Castle

The main components of the castle are crafted from 10mm thick wood (Medium Density Fiberboard, MDF), as depicted in the cutting plan diagram (PDF). The towers are constructed using PVC pipes with a diameter of 40mm, designed for efficient water evacuation. The columns are fashioned from wooden dowels measuring 18mm in diameter. All gold accents are produced through 3D printing technology, utilizing gold PLA material. The flags are sourced from Playmobil parts obtained via eBay, requiring only a slight modification to drill a hole in the roof to secure them in place. The wood and PVC components are painted with white coats, applied to walls, columns, and towers. In contrast, the floors and roofs receive a pink hue using classic water-based paint or motorcycle/car spray can coatings, including a clear coat for added durability. To complete the design, clear sticky picture paper is used to print the floor patterns, which are then cut and adhered to the surface. A final clear coat seals the entire structure. To address any gaps between components, small leaves are crafted from green paper and glued into place, creating an illusion of climbing ivy on the walls. Pink flowers are also added to complement the "princess castle" aesthetic. For those who wish to modify the design, step files are available for download. A more ambitious project can be undertaken by constructing a multi-story castle by stacking multiple instances of the first floor design. Those who attempt this feat are encouraged to share their results, and the creator would love to see the finished product!
