A card game enjoyed by my family involves picking up discard piles, potentially resulting in over 50 cards per hand. To assist those with limited dexterity, we use a custom-made cardholder. I created one specifically for a family member, while also uploading a basic design featuring "card shark" on the front. The dimensions of this holder are 50mm x 150mm x 65mm.
