Playdoh Plunger
thingiverse
Playdoh did a bad job of the plunger in the syringe that comes in the kitchen kit. The diameter is too small and allows the playdough to squeeze backwards. I've designed another one that is more than likely a tight fit so you'll probably need to get a piece of 120 grit sandpaper and reduce the outer diameter and artifacts of the round end of the plunger a wee bit, depends on how good your printer is. Make sure you print the elliptical end down on your printer bed, you may need to flip it in your slicer. To do the sanding, roll the sandpaper in your hand with grit on the inside and insert the round end of the plunger, holding the elliptical end with your other hand. Squeeze the sandpaper around the plunger while pushing it in and out while twisting in a rotation motion. Once it fits snugly inside the syringe, clean up the burrs with a sharp knife and you're good to go!
