This is a compact Portuguese "Tuna" tambourine, made for a special person. You can enhance it with two M6 washers attached to any of the pillars surrounding the circle - this addition provides clear sound quality. To add some style, I suggest adding adhesive to the top, attaching a keychain, and applying fabric strips around it, as they give a visually appealing touch. To attach M6 washers, you'll need to do this during the printing process. I didn't pause my printer; instead, I let it continue printing and then carefully dropped the washers into place after the hot end had passed through. Be aware that you should have enough printed layers covering the M6 washer's height to avoid the hot end getting stuck in them.
