I made a custom sword for my 6-year-old son to enjoy. The design allows for various sections to be added or removed, enabling us to adjust the length of the handle to suit his preference. My son was particularly fond of the long-handled style, with its extended reach and balance. To create this play-sword, you can print the SwordCross twice, the HandleBottom once, and as many HandleSection components as desired. Adding a 3/4-inch PVC pipe and some pipe insulation will give it a unique look. A three-layer skin design combined with 20% infill should provide ample strength to the handle.
