Made a kid-sized sword for my six-year-old son. It can be printed in separate sections to customize the handle length. My son loved the long, sleek sword style handle. Print the SwordCross twice, the HandleBottom once and as many of the HandleSection as desired. Add some 3/4" PVC pipe and pipe insulation for a fun play-sword. Three skin layers and 20% infill will make the handle strong enough to withstand rough handling. Have fun creating!
