For Boano-made rally fairs on XRV 650 and 750 bikes, create a custom design. It should be about 5-6 cm taller than the standard version. Instructions: Use a material as thin as 3/4 mm thick Plexiglas sheet to cut out the new fairing's shape. Include space for adding personal touch with lettering or remove it entirely by engraving, then you can give it an appealing look.-Cut out the composite screen from its original spot on the standard bike fairing. Place the screen into a controlled temperature oven heated to exactly 150° Celsius. Wait for approximately 10 minutes while it reaches ideal temperatures. - Remove it from heat and carefully position it with non-flammable heat-resistant gloves; you can also get these kinds of products in a kitchen store (this material does just fine for protection against hot temperatures) and continue this process till everything turns out just the way you prefer. If working on custom made projects sounds too complicated or brand-new - start experimenting first using duplicate screen material that gives some extra confidence while perfecting techniques then take time to bond this innovative component safely secured firmly in place using rubber reinforced hexagon nuts, M5 type standard size bolt set as well!
