Plato adaptado con una tapa y un agujero en la misma. Diseñado para una mejor alimentación en personas que presentan ansiedad por ver el plato lleno. Se ha utilizado con una niña que presenta autismo y discapacidad intelectual severa. Además, no se puede coger mucha comida a la vez ya que el hueco no se lo permitirá, por lo cual se puede usar con personas mayores que presentan disfagia. Este plato puede ser hondo o más plano según el alimento, cuenta con una tapa que tiene un orificio por el cual se puede ver solo una parte de este.
