Platform Rover Cover with Pi Zero mount and wall
thingiverse
I designed a modified bottom plate for the platform rover to prevent the battery pack from sliding forward and damaging the Pi Zero W. This also helps keep everything in its designated spot. For power, I'm using a 90-degree USB adapter, which you can see in the photos. The battery pack itself is set up as a 2S 18650 configuration, with two cells arranged side by side. This gives me approximately 4000mAh at around 7.2 volts when fully charged, and slightly more than 8.2 volts when it's completely charged.
