Platform Raiser for Tesla Model 3 Phone Dock Extension

The Tesla Model 3 Phone Dock Extension by bumbumbum on Thingiverse is a great solution to make your enclosed smartphone work seamlessly with the Tesla Model 3 dock. However, it does move the connector higher than one might prefer. I've found an effective way to resolve this issue in a rather unorthodox manner. It works well for me after using it for a week and I'm confident that others can benefit from it as well. Since I'm unlikely to refine it further, I'm releasing it openly, including the OpenSCAD code. If someone has a better design (maybe adding "feet" to fit into the four hard plastic holes on the dock), please feel free to make improvements. Alternatively, you can print and use it as-is or adjust the height in the OpenSCAD code (shift_height). I've found 3mm works well for my iPhone 6+ with an Incipio case and the 6mm dock extension. This is a makeshift solution but it's functional nonetheless.
