If you're using SketchUp (free), simply export the image as your preferred 2D format under File/Export/2D Graphic - drop-down menu. Alternatively, go to File -> Export -> 3D Model. Export it as a COLLADA file (*.dae) and make sure "Export Texture Maps" is checked in the options. The textures will be located in a folder with the exported file name. For users of Cinema 4D (even trial versions), importing the .skp file automatically generates a folder containing all the textures next to the .skp file. In 3ds Max, when the .skp file is imported, texture files are stored in the ..3dsMaxsceneassetsimages directory. You can also export an FBX file with embedded media option selected (in the export dialog window), which creates a folder of textures alongside the FBX file. Rhinoceros 3D (trial version is sufficient) allows you to import the .skp file and open the material editor (Panels -> Material Editor). Select any material with a texture, click on the texture name in the Textures section, and then click on the three-dot button.
