Here's my very first upload! This model is specifically designed for holding large plates or plate-like objects, with a focus on accommodating hot plate pads. Its purpose is to securely hold these heavy items in place while allowing them to rest lower on their edges. This design ensures stability and prevents the plates from slipping or toppling over. The model's structure allows for easy enlargement or extension if needed, making it highly versatile. To ensure added durability, I strongly recommend printing with a higher infill percentage, especially when holding heavy objects. This will provide extra support and prevent any potential damage to the print. A key feature of this design is the back plate, which serves as a mounting point for wall attachment. We utilized double-sided sticky strips to secure the mount firmly in place. By positioning the back plate at a height that aligns with the top edge of the hot pads, we were able to distribute the weight more evenly and prevent any strain on the lower part of the mount.
