Plate Flipper
thingiverse
THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. The concept revolves around creating a James Bond-inspired plate flipper, a product already available in the market but grossly overpriced for its functionality. It involves a basic bracket and electric motor that enables users to activate a button from their vehicle, causing the license plate to slide down and under the car with ease. The design is straightforward, yet prices range from $150 to $250, which many deem excessively high. This project remains in development, and contributions are welcome. If you've identified areas for improvement or encounter issues with the current design, feel free to share your thoughts through a message or remix post. Collaborative efforts can lead to a more efficient and affordable solution, reducing reliance on expensive commercial products for such simple needs. The STL files have been divided to accommodate smaller printers like the Ender 3. Although an STL file for the full version is provided, it's recommended against printing due to its size constraints.
With this file you will be able to print Plate Flipper with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Plate Flipper.
