Step 1: the side view image on the blueprint cut it in half sketch it out and revolve around a horizontal axisStep 2: sketch on the front, your gonna use a center line vertical from the origin then use offset entities (20mm) bi directionalStep 3: trim away unnecessary lines and fillet the edges too proper dimensions Step4: finally use the circular pattern tool on the sketch you made from step 3 and rotate it around 9 times
