I use 40x28x900 batten for the timberwork. The mahogany coated wood gets a worn look by an 90 sandpaper. The battens are screwed with three 3x20 spax screws and two 4x60 spax screws per spacer. I use one spacer per batten. The printed parts are made of white PLA and the other parts of gray PLA. They're for 12V but I operate them with 9V. The conductors are a sleeved 2x0,5 mm^2. I bought them at aliexpress.us. Mounting: For the mounting I used a rope made of synthetic fibre (nylon). Print Settings Printer: Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 10%-90% Notes: Use 10%-15% Infill for all the letters. Use 40%-80% for the spacer and the cableguide.
