Crafted from 1.6mm 2024-T3 aluminum, it boasts a stiffness of approximately 40N/mm and ample yield strength. Cut the flat pattern from similar material; steel may be too rigid for this application. Bend per .dxf file guidelines with a 3mm internal radius. Install on four drive assembly bolts, positioning the thumbscrew nut flush with the edge.
