This is the parts I designed for my metal prusa printer. Do to the end rings this construktion is stif , so there are NO lead skrew mirror in my prints. rember to glue the m4 x 45 skrew heads on the backside of the Jhead holder. connection between jhead holder and the belt holder is 2 m3 x 30 . It is important to use fireblanket over the heater . Make 4 or more layers just going to cover the edge of the heater so the air from the cooler fan can pass true. I use a arduino due with a radds v1.5 board. Repetier Host software. And a raspberry pi 3 loaded with octoprint is control it. The coolerfan is connected to the fan pin and running at 10 to 15% when printing ABS. It makes the jhead a litle hot 40 to 60 degree C. Higher fan speed destroy the print. I have added a new fan plate that DONT send the cooling air to the printet object. As shown on the picture it work fine. it is used with abs filament with 50% fan speed. temp used is 250 and 120 C. I am working on a jv6 copi all metal it will be uploaded when testing is finish. max tem 299 .c
