Plastico 250
thingiverse
Hi, This is my remix of listed sources. I had spare ZMR250 arms, so I decided to create something new. After hours of drawing and sketching, it started to take shape. I used the Atom Pdb, which has a slot for the micro Minimosd. The Atom Pdb is designed for rev5 Naze32 but can also be used with rev6. However, because the usb-connector is on a different side on rev6 than rev5, the pdb and naze need to be rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise. After rotating the pdb, the esc pads are in the wrong corners. You'll need to wire the esc signals to the correct pads, not the nearest ones. The Little Bee esc's are secured with double side tape. I removed the sma connector from the vtx and soldered a pig tail. The rx pins were also removed. There's nothing special about the printing process. I printed with ABS, but PLA could be used as well. I included a cover template that can be used to mark cutting lines and holes in case of a CF cover. I recommend using a CF cover plate because it makes the frame stiffer and screws won't go inside the prints. Edit: I added shims for 4mm arms. I added a 20-degree camera stand for Xiaomi Yi.
