See https://www.thingiverse.com/make:757876 for information on my build; I may move it all here eventually. 19th May 2020 *Uploaded BeltMount and GantryExtended FreeCad model files so others can play with them.* 24th March 2020 *Added top and bottom gantry pieces, now printable without supports and bolted together with 6 M5 bolts.* 24th February 2020 *Refreshed model files and images to hopefully get things working again.* *Posted various makes I did.* 20th February 2020 *Uploaded BeltMountShuttleV3, expanded nut pockets, and moved in screw holes for belt clamp to prevent cracking on thin walls.* *Attempting to fix images; if they don't work, I'll start a new build.* *Gantry part will now be three pieces that bolt together, overcoming CAD issues.* 12th February 2020 *Uploaded BeltMountShuttleV2, deepened nut pockets by 2mm and enlarged hex key access, and listed instructions for assembly and use of the shuttled BeltMount.* 11th February 2020 *Rebuilding original BeltMount and Gantry from scratch in FreeCad.* *Belt mounts will be available in two versions: (1) Original shape with feet to square mount on tube, and (2) A new belt mount with built-in tensioner.* *New gantry pieces have clear openings without alignment detentes; I may eliminate some screw holes as they are redundant.* **Note**: If you'd like different conduit sizes, let me know.
