Plastic Model Kit Paint Stand

When working on plastic model kits and painting smaller components, I've consistently faced challenges in finding ways to dry them without an edge or small part touching anything. To address this issue, I designed a solution that would be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. At full scale, the design measures 6cm square with 3mm square holes spaced 1.5cm deep in rows of 12. This configuration perfectly suits my needs, allowing me to securely hold modeling matchsticks or parts of the sprue as shown in the image. Of course, users can easily scale up or down the design as required, and I hope it proves helpful to others who face similar challenges.
