Humanity demands speed in mass production, a challenge 3D printing currently cannot meet on its own. One viable solution lies in vacuum thermoforming plastic sheet material into masks from mold forms created using your 3D printer. In an accompanying PDF, I outline how to achieve this without the need for a thermoforming machine. This project remains a work in progress; please pardon any obvious statements or lack of proper attribution as it develops. Collective input and thorough testing are still required to refine several aspects of the project.
