I designed this device for 8.5 mm x 15.5 mm plastic bullets, specifically for the "elastic-powered pellet slinger". However, I took a different approach and re-engineered it to serve as a dispenser for 8.5 x 15.5 mm plastic bullets. This wasn't just a minor tweak or remix; it was an entirely new design from scratch, which means all of the design work was my original creation. This project is actually a modified version of Cynthia Cleaton's battery dispenser, who hails from Ohio. I want to emphasize that you should always follow local laws and regulations when using this device. If you misuse it or break any rules, be aware that you'll be accountable for your actions. The primary function of this device is to dispense the aforementioned pellets.
