This is a custom plastic enclosure designed specifically for Zippy Li-Po 5000 mA/h 5-cell battery units. It's engineered to withstand the demands of outdoor conditions when paired with my trusty Yaesu FT-817 transceiver. Additionally, it comes equipped with mounting locations for voltage regulators set at 13.8 volts and for an RC model voltmeter that can individually monitor each cell's voltage levels in real-time. The voltmeter itself features a compact buzzer, which sounds an alert when the battery reaches its near-full discharge point, serving as a crucial warning to prevent potential over-discharge damage.
