This is a device designed to cut strips of plastic from a plastic bottle, such as one used for Coca-Cola. I have included a plastic blade that can be replaced with a metal blade if desired. To assemble the device, place the blade between the two blade holders and secure it with the cover. You may need to clamp the device to a table to ensure stability.
