*** INFO *** The Plastibin is a compact trash/recycling bin that uses plastic bags as liners. A standard-sized plastic bag will work with the Plastibin. The Plastibin fits into small spaces, making it ideal for places like dorm rooms, workshops, bedside tables, bedrooms, desks, and more. This garbage/recycling bin cannot hold heavy objects. If you place sharp objects inside the bin, we recommend lining it with two plastic bags. Some bags are more fragile than others, so your results may vary. *** INSTRUCTIONS: *** Printing: To assemble this bin, you'll need to print out the parts. Please print the clip and the four pieces that make up the rim. This amounts to five pieces in total. You can print all of them at once, but we recommend setting the print quality to standard or high, with an infill amounting to 15% or more. A brim and slower print speed are also recommended. Assembly: After printing, you should have five pieces. To assemble the bin, you'll need strong glue like super glue. Apply glue liberally throughout the process for increased durability. First, take the rim pieces and apply glue at each end. The pieces fit together like a puzzle, thanks to the perforations at the ends. Next, take the mounting piece and make sure the rim is facing upward. Finally, put the rim against the mounting point and press down until you hear an audible click. Mounting: The mounting piece of the Plastibin is designed to be flexible in how it's mounted. You can attach it using tape, glue, or a clip, or screw it into place using nuts and bolts. If your screw is too big, you can resize the hole by drilling it out. Alternatively, you can create a custom mount. Usage: To use the Plastibin, you'll need a plastic bag or any other compatible bag. Simply take the loops of the bag, push them over the curved sides of the rim, and then into the hooks located on the same side. Next, take the other sides of the bag and make holes in each one. Use the hooks on the flat sides of the rim to help you out. Then, poke the holes through the hooks. Finally, test to make sure your bag is secure. ******
