A meticulously crafted replica of an ancient faience hippopotamus from Egypt's Middle Kingdom period, designated with the ID number 0000.0750, is showcased through a comprehensive archive of 209 high-resolution images captured using the Hasselblad H5D60 digital camera and a 120mm macro lens. This project was undertaken as part of an innovative pilot initiative by the Object-Based Learning lab in Arts West, located at the University of Melbourne (arts.unimelb.edu.au/about/arts-west).
