plaster anchor
thingiverse
Plaster anchors sell for 20 cents apiece at electrical wholesalers and can be printed free of charge. To use these anchors, you may need to tap a thread into them since I only have basic CAD capabilities that don't allow me to add threads. In the future, I plan on creating files with 20 or more anchors in each file. When printing an anchor, set your bed temperature to 75 degrees and your nozzle temperature to 245 degrees, while keeping the flow at 110%. Make sure the wings are facing upwards since the anchor needs to be rotated during the Cura process. A medium-quality print with 100% solidification should work fine. I didn't include a thread in my design because it would limit your choice of screws, so I recommend running the screw slowly before use to create a thread.
With this file you will be able to print plaster anchor with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on plaster anchor.
