You can purchase one on my store at http://super3dworld.conceptify.fr/produit/bioshock-plasmid. I remixed this design to enable a removable head and a unique color for the vial without painting it manually. It's recommended to use "vase mode" when printing the vial with translucent filament to achieve a glass-like effect. Screwing the head onto the top part might be challenging. I've included the Sketchup file so you can modify it if needed.
