Human uses a copper grid in front with aluminum plates at the back to create an ion thrust with high voltage. The gap between the grids can be adjusted freely. The opening on the side is both a makeshift viewing port for prototypes and also features on the enclosed version that's been uploaded already. My HV power supply, built around a small 9V battery, lacks the strength to drive it properly. Even gently disturbing a candle light wasn't worth filming. To avoid arcing issues with the high voltage supply, a discharge suppressor circuit is required.
