I gained possession of my new stand and constructed one from scratch. This headset stand is specifically tailored for the Plantronics Voyager 520 model. It accommodates the original USB-charger cable precisely in its middle segment. The design fitted perfectly into my printed prototype, but I strongly advise using a well-calibrated printer because the original charger port requires an extremely snug fit. I designed the model utilizing Fusion360, and if anyone is interested in obtaining the files, they can do so freely.
