Plantronics Savi W440 Stand (for over-head strap clearance)
thingiverse
If you have a large head and wear an over-the-head strap on your Plantronics Savi W440 headset, then you probably struggle with getting it seated properly in the charger. The strap tends to hit your desk, causing chaos everywhere. Here's a simple stand that raises your charger about 25mm, giving you plenty of clearance to easily drop your headset into place. You'll appreciate the satisfying little snap as the rear bead clicks securely into position. (The rear bead is more flexible, so I recommend setting the front bead first and then popping in the rear.) The charger has two small 'ears' at the bottom, so I added 'windows' on each side to allow the ears to pass through with a bit of flexibility. There's also a small cutout on the front for the power-supply status LED. Print Settings: Printer: Makerfarm Pegasus 10 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 30% Notes: Printed in eSun PETG. Sliced in S3D. Use supports for the 'windows.' They won't bridge because they're not horizontal. The slicer might try to add supports at the front and rear edge of the recesses for the 'beads' on the charger, but you don't need them. The bottom of the stand is slightly tilted compared to the XY plane. To get a flat bottom without a weird 1-layer support along the front edge, you'll need to drop the Z distance about -0.25mm or use S3D's "Place surface on bed" function.
