My buddy's Bluetooth kept cracking, so I whipped up a custom case that fit perfectly! I had to tweak this design from thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:384919 with Customizer - you can see the tweaked settings here: http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=384919. Here's what worked: hingeLengthScale = 1.3 (I wanted to lengthen those hinges a bit) lidInsetHeight = 1.4 (this raised the height of where you put your lid in and out, perfect for my buddy's giant phone) coverThickness = 1.5 (added some more thickness so it could withstand drops) interiorLength = 30 interiorWidth = 50 interiorHeight = 23 hingeWidth = 20 (wider hinges helped a ton) rimInset = 0.9 sidewallWidth = 1.3 (widened up the walls for sturdiness) hingeThickness = 0.4 hingeFillet = 3 interiorFillet = 2.0 tabSize = 1.5 lidInsetOffset = 0.1
