This is for a Plantronics Black wire C5220 headset controller. The aim is to be able to use double-sided tape to stick it down to a desk (what I have done). This is remixed from a holder which has two M6 Screw holes. Going forward, in the next iteration I would make it slightly looser as it's a Super perfect fit (if there was such a thing.
