Plantation Shade Valence Clip

I've got wooden valances hanging over my plantation shutters in the kitchen. They're secured by these flimsy plastic clips that keep breaking off. To make matters worse, all of my valances had been stacked up in a corner of my dining room for 3 years. Hours of scouring local hardware stores and the Internet turned up nothing. Luckily, I built a Reprap this summer. I don't even recall the arduous process I went through to get an STL, but basically, I started with a photo of the clip, used Photoshop to turn it into a high-contrast image, then Inkscape to convert to DXF, and finally, OpenSCAD to extrude it. Needless to say, this part made my wife extremely happy!
