A friend was instructed to massage her feet using an ice roller, which I'd previously noticed were available for purchase in various stores made of stainless steel. This allows you to take an Arrowhead brand (23.7 oz) water bottle, the ones with the flip top lid, and fill them with water, add my rings and place them in the freezer to create bottles that will roll more smoothly on carpets and tile surfaces. They feature slightly rounded edges inside to safeguard delicate arches. Each end of the bottle has a unique number of grooves, so print one of each design and slip them on. It's a snug fit, I do it with water inside to prevent deformation.
