The main floor is a one-of-a-kind spacious area, but with distinct environments, on the one hand, the kitchen, facing east, enjoying sunlight for most of the day, the dining room, warm and cozy next to the fireplace, and a living area, more secluded in the back. The staircase that leads up to the second floor separates this zone from the bathroom, which takes advantage of the L-shaped layout of the property to be the only enclosed space on the main floor, leaving the rest open.
